COOKIE DOUGH BROWNIE LAYER CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tbsp water or milk
  • sprinkles, for topping, if desired

INSTRUCTIONS
