VEGAN LEMON BLUEBERRY CAKE WITH LEMON GLAZE

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup cane sugar
  • ¼ cup coconut butter (melted)

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a 9 inch spherical baking pan with coconut oil spray.
