No topic how Mother’s Day makes you feel, you might or might no longer desire a cocktail (or two!).  I had a Sorbet Mimosa whilst I went out to brunch a number of weeks ago and was like “Mind.  Blown.”   I decided to attempt those Rosé Raspberry Sorbet Mimosas simply due to the fact I love rosé and I love raspberries and I needless to say love mimosas.  These can be huge drinks to serve at a brunch, bridal shower, child bathe (for the non-pregs, obviously), or ladies night.

Not basically are those Rosé Raspberry Sorbet Mimosas fun, but they're so simple too!  Seriously, location a scoop of sorbet in a flute, ideal with champagne – might it get any easier?  I garnished with rosemary, but I suppose mint can be actually huge too.  Also you might skip the garnish when you don’t have any recent herbs on hand.  What is your favourite brunch cocktail?  And how do you intend on taking care of your mother – or your self – on Mother’s Day?
