CREAMY #SAUSAGE #AND #SPINACH #PASTA

Creamy Sausage and Spinach Pasta with Parmesan Cream Sauce. This dinner is in a position in 20 minutes!



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb rigatoni or penne pasta

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chook broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon chopped recent rosemary or dried Italian seasonings (see note)
  • 2 cups spinach leaves (or escarole)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Bring a huge pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook dinner according to the package deal deal directions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a huge saucepan, brown the sausage till not pink. Remove from pan.
