LEMON PARMESAN CRUSTED SALMON

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 6 ounce salmon filets
  • 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 + 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 + 1/4 teaspoon floor black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon recent lemon zest
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons recent dill, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 425 stages F.
