Vietnamese Caramelised Pork Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb / 500g flooring pork (mince) (Note 2)
  • 5 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce

SERVING:

  • Rice
  • Sliced red chilli, tomato, cucumber (optional)

Instructions
