Best-Ever White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

If you’re a cookie freak, like a host of cookie monsters I suppose you are, you've got arrived proper on schedule for cookies!  It’s the proper time, proper place! Seriously, whenever is cookie time, right?



Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter 2 sticks, room temperature
  • 1 cup darkish or pale brown sugar packed
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 big eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Ghiradelli White Chocolate Chips or white chocolate chunks, chopped
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped roasted salted macadamia nuts approx. four 1/2 ounces

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Cream sugars, butter, vanilla and eggs in big bowl with electrical mixer on medium velocity till pale and fluffy. (about 3-5 mins)
  • Stir in flour, baking soda and salt till simply incorporated. (dough might be stiff).
  • Stir in white baking chips or bar chunks and nuts.
  • Using small cookie scoop, drop dough with the aid of means of rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches aside onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 10 to twelve minutes or till pale brown.
  • Cool 5 minutes; take away from cookie sheet to wire rack.

Notes

I especially like utilizing dry roasted salted macadamia nuts with the candy white chocolate chips for the candy and salty effect.

These are an tremendous widely wide-spread cookie throughout the holidays for sure.  One of Santa’s favourite cookies for sure!
