I were having fun with much of soups these days and I simply needed to share this recipe for an asiago roasted garlic cauliflower soup. This is a tremendous basic soup the position you roast up the cauliflower and simply a couple of heads of garlic and make a soup with them alongside with lots of melted asiago cheese!

Other than the time that it takes to roast up the veggies this soup is basic to make and it requires very little fingers on time. While the cauliflower is roasting or whereas the soup is simmering I desire to make a crunchy popped quinoa and chia seed topping by means of way of toasting quinoa till it pops (like popcorn), alongside with panko bread crumbs, sesame seeds and chia seeds!

The crunchy topping provides a actually good distinction in texture and I like so as to feature lemon zest and parsley to the blend to brighten issues up!
